We’re a small, seasoned team with deep roots in college admissions, each bringing more than a decade of experience to the students and families we support. Together, we’ve reviewed over 14,000 college applications, served in five admissions offices on both coasts, and guided students from every background through this process. By design, we keep our team small so every family meets and gets to know their student’s counselor before deciding if we’re the right fit.

One of our counselors spent nearly five years as an Assistant Director of Admissions at USC (9% acceptance rate), reviewing thousands of applications and shaping multiple incoming classes. A proud UCLA graduate, the most applied to university in the country, he earned a double major before completing a master’s degree in higher education. Today, he oversees first-year admissions at a private California university, staying closely connected with admissions officers nationwide and attending national conferences. This ongoing, insider perspective keeps our guidance grounded in what’s working now, not just based on what used to work, but where admissions is heading.

Our other counselor was admitted to UC Berkeley, not because of perfect stats, but because his story came through in a way that was impossible to ignore.
